Requirements
The client, Dr Devarajan, one of the leading Radiologists in Tirupur, wanted a modern facility with dedicated sections for diagnostics such as CT scans, MRI scans, X-rays, and Ultrasound with a separate consultation section for patients. The proposal also involved designing labs with the latest technologies such as Dental X-Ray, Mammograms etc. The residential area would be on the upper floor level.
Our Role
Architectural, Structural Engineering, and Interior Design Consultants. The Project was meticulously planned right from conception, weighing various parameters such as space usage, the scheme, hierarchical orders to be followed, and services such as Electrical, Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
The structural design of the building was planned to accommodate the CT scan on the first-floor level. The Interior Design of the building follows a simple yet straight forward theme where each unit was designed to solve a purpose. The use of glass to improve transparency, the use of color to brighten the space and a combination of dark and light wood veneer, were details which added visual appeal and functionality to the project. The use of structural glazing allowed for maximum use of daylight, minimizing power consumption during daytime.

- The Scan Center building is in Tirupur. The Client Dr. Devarajan is one of the leading Radiologist in Tirupur. The Client wanted to build a modern facility to house CT scan, MRI Scan, Xray’s, Ultra – Sound facilities. And provide consultation for the patients.
- The proposal involved designing a diagnostic center having CT Scan, MRI Scan, Ultra - Sound, X-Ray, Dental X-Ray, Mammogram etc. Including their residence on the upper floor level.
- In this project we are associated as Architectural, Structural Engineering, Interior Design Consultant’s.
- A Diagnostic Center where Patients are diagnosed and are provided with Radiologist Consultation has to be planned meticulously from the layout to the structural requirement of hosting CT Scan and MRI Scan on the First Floor Level.
- The Project from Conception was discussed in detail on the various parameters involved, the scheme understanding the movement, the hierarchical order to be followed, services such as Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication etc. was planned in detail before execution of the project.
- The Structural design of the building was planned to accommodate the CT scan on the first floor level.
- The Interior Design of the building follows a simple yet straight forward theme where each and all units were designed to solve a purpose. The use of glass to improve transparency, the use of color to enlighten the space etc. A combination of Dark and Light wood veneer is used to improve the quality of the space.
