Profile
The first private Library in Coimbatore. The client, being an ardent collector of books, dedicated this entire two-storey building to the joy of reading.
Features
The total building is about 3000 sq.ft, the ground floor has a registration space and a childrens’ book section and a section of daily magazines.
The first floor is dedicated to books for adults and teens with clear titles and categories. The ground floor also acts as a multi-purpose space for events such as storytelling, and small gatherings of voracious readers and literary enthusiasts.
Our Role
Keeping in mind the sensibilities of an avid reader, we chose the elements to reflect serenity and functionality within a spacious and well-illuminated setting with natural light streaming in, where one could spend hours doing what one likes best, reading.

- The total building is about 3000 Sq.Ft, the Ground floor has the entrance with registration space, and a reference section with daily magazines, followed with the stack section in the first floor.
- The ground floor also acts as a multi-purpose space for events such as storytelling, small gatherings of like-minded enthusiast.
- We are engaged in this project as Architectural, Structural Design and Interior Design Consultant for this project.
